METHOD OF PAYMENT

Confirmation of all school placements are handled in the order they are received. To ensure your school placement, don't delay your registration. A cheque for a minimum of 50% of each student's total registration fee, and a post-dated cheque, dated May 1, 2010, must accompany each student's application. Applications/payments received after May 1, 2010 must be accompanied by payment in full for the total registration fee.

PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS

No monies deposited are refundable in the event of student cancellation.
If Pure Hockey Goaltending cancels the program, a full refund of student's deposit will be issued.

MISCELLANEOUS

Registration forms for summer schools must be accompanied by a deposit for half of the total cost and a posted dated cheque for the balance, dated May 1, 2010.
Complete payment must be submitted for any camp to be confirmed.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Cancellations for medical reasons (doctors note required) will be credited to future camps.
There will be no negotiated fees for arriving late, leaving early or missed days.
Conduct - If a student is not behaving appropriately, we reserve the right to send them home.
There is a $ 30.00 administration fee for all NSF cheques.
Any cancellations must be notified 10 days prior to the school.
Any photographs and/or videos are property of Pure Hockey Goaltending. As such Pure Hockey reserve the right to use any images for brochures, flyers, web pages, or other promotion for their schools.
